Machine Rendering

We specialise in coloured machine applied render, in particular monocouche and thin-coat silicon render (also sometimes known as K-rend).

Floor Screeding

We offer both machine applied and traditional sand and cement floor screeding for both domestic and large commercial projects.

Floor screeding is a thin layer of material, providing a level surface on which to lay your chosen floor type, whether floorboards, tiles or lino.

Modern liquid screed is composed of gypsum. We work with Long Floor Liquid Cement Screed, a revolutionary brand and the best on the market. It’s the ideal covering for underfloor heating.

Benefits include:

  • Incredibly quick to lay in large areas. In larger projects, we can lay up to 2000 m a day
  • It wraps around the heating pipes, ensuring no gaps and all the heat is transferred straight into the room.
  • There is no tendency for it to shrink back, as sand and cement screed can sometimes do.
  • You can walk on it within 24-48 hours, meaning you don’t lose valuable time on construction projects by having rooms that can’t be accessed.
